About Yolande

Yolande Toohey is the founder of YTC , a Training & Skills Development Specialist with over 13 years’ experience in the industry.

Yolande’s passion and drive to empower individuals was born from being actively involved in youth development and later working within the hospitality and financial industries.

She has extensive experience in recruitment, training delivery, content development, placement, coaching and project management. Her ability to liaise with the private and public sector, build partnerships and collaborate with employers, universities and all stakeholders needed to contribute to the success of the individual and the organization; enables her to provide you with both an holistic approach and an insight into your core challenges.

Yolande is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Life, Executive and Business Coach. She deploys combinations of various methodologies to provide a bespoke tailor-made offering for your business which speaks to sustainable Impact, Change and Transformation.
